As a Web Developer, you'll design and build fast, scalable, and visually stunning web applications. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and AI engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate concepts into code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate APIs and backend services.
- Maintain and improve existing platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with Tailwind, Framer Motion, or animation libraries.
AI Developer
As an AI Developer, you'll work on cutting-edge machine learning and large language model (LLM) projects that power our AI assistants. You'll build scalable pipelines, train models, and deploy AI systems into production.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning/LLM models.
- Build backend services that integrate AI into web applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to design AI-powered features.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and cost.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI research and tools.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Mistral, etc.).
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
- Bonus: Knowledge of MLOps, distributed systems, or GPU optimization.
Video Editor
As a Video Editor, you'll craft engaging visual stories that showcase our products, brand, and community. You'll work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce content for social media, campaigns, and product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Edit videos for social media, product demos, and marketing campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, intros, and transitions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay current with editing trends and formats across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and color grading.
- Knowledge of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Bonus: Animation skills or 3D design experience.
Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager, you'll own our brand voice across platforms. You'll craft engaging content, manage campaigns, and grow our digital presence. This role blends creativity with analytics to turn followers into a community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing brand accounts.
